Clean up and rearranging #56

As suggested here we should rearrange the code at some point to make it more readable and less nested. Conceivable actions are:

reorganize probability and cross section in Folders instead of one file
reorganize the tests in cross_sections.jl such that nested testsets are avoided

Further suggestions welcome.

Since #52 changed the interface for cross-sections and probabilities, the tests and the source files are way cleaner now. Therefore, I think this is no longer necessary. Furthermore, #59 also rearranged the file-structure and improved readability.

Therefore, closed as completed.
