I added some more documentation to the new release/development docs. The dev and release integration tests I mention don't exist yet, but should soon. Please read and check if I forgot to mention anything important.
I also changed the deploydocs()push_preview to true so we can see the docs live. Edit: nevermind, this doesn't work for PRs that come from forks.
