Rename the project to QuantumElectrodynamics #64

I have renamed the project. I intentionally left some occurrences out, mainly in comments where I think it is much more readable to just have "QED" instead of "QuantumElectrodynamics"

Things left to do in the project later, after this has been merged:

Fix the links to issues/PRs in the github releases
Update github pages related links
Update the name in the other packages

Changed to draft until the gitlab mirror works again and tests can run
