Expose cell_dofree 2Dxy needed by ESM #23

This resolves https://github.com/QEF/qeschema/issues/21.

ESM requires cell_dofree = '2Dxy'. In the qesxd it was labeled fix_xy. This PR is to add fix_xy the the schema.
