As a new user of the QENS library, I would like to understand what is the physics behind the QENS models

To do:

add description of the parameters
3D views of examples (for example, rotation molecules....) and the influence of varying parameters on the models.

Extra: This PR, which is highly user facing, should also be reviewed by instrument scientist with user facing focus, such as Vicky from ISIS
