QUIC_fire.inp density and moisture flags 3 and 4 #29

Describe the bug The choice of flag for fuel density and moisture seems to cause QF to crash depending on the ignition flag. In the linked run, I am attempting to use custom fuels (.dat files) and a rectangle ignition. Since my fuel inputs match the dx and dy of QF, no interpolation is needed, so I chose density and moisture flags of 3. However, when I use a rectangle ignition, QF crashes with the error 'Segmentation fault: 11'. QF run as expected when a) the density and moisture flags are changed to 4; or b) a custom ignite.dat file is used for the ignitions (but in that case the ignition flag must be 7, see issue #28 ). @drobinson6045 If this is expected behavior, I'd request that the docs be updated to explain how to properly use density and moisture flags 3 and 4.
