Nera/Medical Tents in DMF have disappeared/Puffer Jacket Clipping #211

These medical tents here at Dusty's and the Nera checkpoint area aren't showing in game again at DMF. Also have added a clothing texture issue with the puffer jacket you spawn with. Holding your flashlight causes some weird clipping. Both tested in SP and MP on the current build. 20240316203312_1 20240316203449_1 20240313202229_1
