Integrate optimization procedures into post processing script #14

Currently, parameters for cellpose (cell size, normalization range) and decoding (normalization range, distance threshold, magnitude threshold, and size threshold) need to be separately optimized and then copied into the post processing script. It would be smoother to have everything integrated.

Decoding no longer needs user interaction during optimization. Will need to figure out Cellpose.
