wezel crashes I try to perform the second step of the FUNCTION T1 coregistration from our "autoprocessing output.doc"

FUNCTION T1 coregistration:

I am able to reslice DIXON to (384, 384, 5) oblique, but when I try to Coregister T1 map (generated by Siemens) with the resliced DIXON, wezel crashes

Can you run it from source to see what the error message is?

Note the coregister function does the reslicing for you so you don't have to first reslice and then do the coreg. Just apply to with the original DIXON.

It should work though if even you run it on the resliced sequence. See if you can pinpoint the error and we can look at it.

If I use the source code, wezel does not crash (and no error message), but the result is strange.
