This issue is not fixed and this issue should not be closed until it is fixed. Printing this this calibration layer by layer that has start and stop points in each layer is flawed. You never really test the volumetric speed when you are constantly stopping and starting again. This test should be done in vase mode even if it is hard to change the speed as you state. Also, when you do it layer by layer with start and stop points, there are little blobs at these points that do not show up on normal prints. Those make it hard to make a determination of what the max volumetric speed should be.
