Camera dissapears after a printer restart in fluidd webinterface and in the android app #86

Printer: Qidi Q1 Pro Firmware: 4.4.21 & 4.4.24

Problem: The webcam in fluidd does not work after a printer shutdown and start and the camera settings are defect.

Main GUI View after printer bottup:

Steps to fix:

1.Enable the camera again:

You can also delete the camera and add a new one with the same paramters !!!

2.Settings are ok after closing the dialog

Printer is 2 weeks old and all stock

There is no problem with the setting of the camera. I think it is caused by the lack of network data in the transmission process. We will try to replicate and resolve the problem.

Hello, same problem here !

Webcam is ok on local browser but no webcam in qidi link app. Must reconfigure new webcam in app each reboot... If I configure app, local browser on pc webcam disapear from dashboard but not in timelapse page after disconnect... It looks like fluidd vesion on qidi server and on printer are different ?

When adding new webcam in android app, warning message : 'Invalid value for parameter rotate' but working however.

No fullscreen on both pc browser and qidi app. PC url: http://192.168.1.18/#/camera/undefined

Webcam run smoothly both local and online before V4.4.24 Update this morning because of qidi link app show always offline printer with version V4.4.21

No prints for 2 months so I don't know if problem is because of update or not...

Before update, fluidd interface black theme on PC and QIDI app and after update black theme on PC and white theme on QIDI app.

I personnaly think there are 2 versions of fluidd wich have new and obsolete parameters and each one overwrite each other and wait for its own parameters...

5 Months old printer.

We have identified the problem, through the background modification can solve part of the problem, but if you want to completely solve the problem, please wait for the next version of APP and software.

Is it possible to recieve a pre update to test the fix on my printer and if not how long does it take to get a new software version?

QIDI Link expects to release a new version within two weeks.

The new version of the APP has been submitted to the major app stores for approval and can be used after approval.
