Calling coveralls from root, not src/. #121

This should address #120, opening as PR to trigger a Coveralls build.

It looks like this should fix, ready for a merge review. I should note that the increase in coverage is due to excluding src/qinfer/tomography/legacy.py since it's mainly included for backwards compatibility and not intended to be under active testing.
