Why the transparency effect is no longer enabled? #1132

Can the transparency effect only use in 3.6.11-23? But I thought that is a very good feature. Or maybe there is something wrong with my computer???

Looks like there is some bug on Windows 11, although I recommend using AcrylicBrush. But because of its non-XAML island, it uses some API of the window composition brush, which doesn't seem to work well in Windows 11.
