To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Selected .mp4, h.264 codec, file that had work previously.

pressed spacebar

Got error message Error: 80040154

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Video would play

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS Version: Windows 10 1903
• QuickLook Version: 3.6.5

Have you tried other video and audio formats, like MP3, OGG, MKV?
