Much comments, so ugly.

When I look at it.

Where on the platform does it happen?

In msquared_maser.py

How do we replicate the issue?

Direct stare to screen.

Expected behavior (i.e. solution)

It should look better than it does right now.

complete. i note that there are more TODOs that exist in this file, and i will get around to them.
