Add ability to reset sample shift without starting a new ROI #12

What is affected by this bug?

In POI Manager there is no way to reset the sample shift graph.

When does this occur?

When starting a new experiment with the same set of POIs, it is not possible to "ignore" the previous sample shift.

Where on the platform does it happen?

POI Manager
