What is affected by this bug?

Savelogic and the user ability to revert to exactly the same code that was used for specific measurements.

When does this occur?

When a user wants to repeat an experiment.

Where on the platform does it happen?

savelogic

Expected behavior (i.e. solution)

The saved data files should have this info in the metadata header
