Pressing "Stop scan" while slow hardware is scanning restores the button state to scan enabled. However, the logic has to wait for the current scan_line to complete.
Expected behavior (i.e. solution)
The "Stop scan" button should become inactive after pressing, but the scan buttons should only become active once the scanner stops the line.

This is only visible for slow scan hardware or super-high-resolution confocal images.
