Enable cdash nightly tests #249

Currently it claims the nighly track and performance track will be added later. https://cdash.qmcpack.org/CDash/index.php?project=MiniQMC

@prckent Please add a performance track. tests currently goes to the experiment track on cdash but experiment will probably be used by @PDoakORNL Pycicle settings.
