Additional software should not be needed for installation.

Windows Mobile does not have elevated privileges that prevent software installation.

However, many users will be technically limited, so ease of installation is still important.

A single package to install the QM PDA engine is desired.

Individual study designs should be installed separately from QM PDA Engine.
