DR-?TAMAS not found in the TORTOISEV4 docker image #10

Hello,

I would like to use DR-TAMAS to warp our diffusion images to the IIT 5.0 template, but can't find *TAMAS in the docker image.

I tried compiling from source, but was stopped by missing libraries in our Rocky 8 installation. I might be able to make progress with that approach on Monday with help from a sysadmin.

Is the executable called DRTAMAS, and is there documentation available with -h or --help?

Thanks

Hello,

For TORTOISEV4, we added DRTAMAS quite late. IT is definitely in the source code but it might not be in the DOCKER image, which is less frequently updated.

I will check on Monday. The executable name is DRTAMAS_cuda. and It DOES require a CUDA installation and an NVIDIA video card. The CPU version is not supported anymore.
