Overall the project proposal looks good. A few suggestions, You can try making the population migration data have a timeline toggle as well since that would give a good sense of how population density has changed over time. For sentiment analysis, I have a feeling that all posts about unemployment would be linked to negative sentiment. Try thinking about it once.

Thanks for the comments! The timeline toggle for the population migration data was exactly what is on our minds, and we'll add more detail about what we can do with the unemployment text data in terms of text analysis, on top of what we proposed.
