The project idea looks very insightful. I could suggest you possibly narrow down your study, instead of visualizing all the countries for question 4 in Static / Geospatial data, you can take the top 10 or 15 countries (top in terms of the number of deaths due to diseases) and then compare, correlate the effect of diet on diseases. Moreover, the 5th question in Static / Geospatial data can be further studied to find the reasons behind the surge or diminish of diseases.
