polish to english translation v. 0.1 #104

Convert the present polish GUI into english language. This is the first step for multilingual interface support.

Well, optional commit would change default languages from PL/EN to EN/DE (as I guess most foreign users would use these languages).

However, feel free to reject or accept the commit, or modify it (for example from PL/EN to EN/PL, where english is the primary subtitle language, and polish is the secondary one)

I have also edited the EN flag (replacing it with UK flag). However, I don't know the png compression settings you've used for other flag images (gui/res/langs/) so I didn't add a commit for that. Not just yet.
