More sources of subtitles #132

Can you please add more subtitle sources?

For example, SubDB, Podnapisi.NET and Subscene.

I have found following kodi plugin which downloads subtitles form Podnapisi.NET https://github.com/Podnapisi-NET/service.subtitles.podnapisi/blob/5.4.2-RC1/service.subtitles.podnapisi/resources/lib/pn_utilities.py Perhaps that can be useful as rewriting it to C++ should be simpler than starting from scratch?

http://legendas.tv/ is the best website for portuguese language subtitles (pt_BR), could it be added too
