Unlocalised time, due to formatting: 2024-04-02 - 10AM GMT #30

I think the year and the hyphen help it match a time range. It then finds out it is not a valid initial time and bails, leaving the second (valid time) doomed to be ignored.

This fix was released in version 1.40.9
