Push Arcade version to master.

I think before we push this anywhere, we might want to try and figure out how to make the whole thing re-sizable to the screen that it uses. Unless it already does that, not sure if @HuangJunye you implemented that

Ok, I thought you name Arcade without feature/ means I can directly merge to master because it's in the root :). Sure we can merge to develop first. The game is resizable except for the position of qubits/gates. I can't find a way to make the position scalable.
