北京邮电大学于 2023.05.22 发布的通知关于做好2023届本科毕业设计（论文）答辩和评优工作的通知中更新了新的格式规范

新规范中整体改动不大，在目录和部分章节标题中小有变化，有空的话会及时更新这些改动
