We are using a stock website with limited scripting for our mining pool. It is serviceable, if not exciting. Please investigate different GUI software we can use and present a comparison to the rest of the team on the choices

This pulls from the API hosted at the stratum server. There is nothing keeping us married to this site. We should be able to use this as a start and build something from this.

I agree this needs a new design, layout and functionality.

I would like to find:

Stats
- Pools stats served in easy to understand graphic
- Network stats
- My mining statistics with search from wallet/user
  - Give stats for each worker separately, as well as total stats for miner
  - Convert earnings in real time to BTC and Fiat pairs, selectable
List all of the basic configuration options for all of the mining software we support
- Make a feature that is hidden and user selects software for command to keep clean.
- Use the miners address to fill the command with personal details

We need to decide some basic design features, colors, logo, layout features, contact info and such

Discussion on Discord has come to the following conclusion. We use ReactJS (potentially with D3) as our framework. I am moving this to review. Please comment if you have an concerns. Otherwise, I will convert this to an epic that will track our broader tasks
