Not dropping unlinked exchange leading to database importing failure with no raised errors

When downloading/loading ecoinvent databases, not dropping the unlinked exchange data could link to the failure of important even though no errors would be raised. It's unclear why this happens, might be brightway2's problem, or issues with connections, will need to look into this later
