Country-specific inputs #10

The input_dict used for each country (e.g., here for BR), are they supposed be have the same values? If so, should put in a central position rather than recreate in each system

@haclohman I'd think you want to run all systems using the same country-specific values, in which case you should have one country-specific script and use it for all systems

Will use consistent country-specific parameters when running those analyses - this will be reflected in the DMsan repo
