Merge in process-related updates #38

Hi @joyxyz1994 , I merged in your new processes and update the biosteam and thermosteam versions. However thermosteam recently switched some of its thermodynamic models to ones from chemicals, so I had to update _component.py and _components.py to fix some bugs, can you take a look at this commit b39aa59 and update as you see fit? Thanks!
