fatal: bad config line 1 in file C:/Users/DELL/.gitconfig #100

Hi sir whenever I opened git bash, I got this error fatal: bad config line 1 in file C:/Users/DELL/.gitconfig

I removed all folders on my pc , uninstall and install also git still I am getting this same error
