Unable to open the page in the browser #71

Hi Team, Create a Virtual Machine Connected the VM using github and executed the below commands

sudo apt update
sudo apt install stress –y
sudo apt install apache2 –y
sudo apt install php libapache2-mod-php php-mysql –y
sudo systemctl enable apache2
sudo systemctl restart apache2
sudo nano /var/www/html/info.php
<?php
phpinfo();
?>

sudo systemctl restart apache2

Below URL entered in the browser http://40.122.31.7/info.php The Error message "This site can’t be reached" was displayed

check the port number 80 is opend in network security group or not if not please open 80 port.

Hi Arvind, R u opening the web page if yes, pls advise the steps, i am also same issue.

Hi Ram, Unfortunately my VM go deleted where i did the work. The alternate is, while creating new VM, you can select the option and below is the screen print for the same

After creating the VM also, we can open the port, but didn't remember the option at this point of time. Will share that also once i got the solution for that. Port Opening

Hi Ram, Please follow the attached screen prints if i'm not wrong. After creating VM --> Access the VM --> Click on "Networking" from left pane --> Click on "Add Inbound Rules" button --> "Add inbound security rule" page will open --> Enter the "Destination port ranges: 80" --> Click on "Add" button.
