Select a VM size grayed out on a MSDN subscription #74

Hello,

I have just received a MSDN subscription with a $200/month, however I am unable to create VMs as the 'Select a VM Size' options are grayed out. I have tried several different regions around the globe. I also noticed creating a new user in AAD is also grayed out.

Appreciate any help!
