What is "noreply" user in jenkins ? #1004

Question 1: Why jenkins shows "norelpy" user in console outpt instead of users names who commited from github.

1 user who did commit changes from github 2 shows a diiferent user in Jenkins

Question 2 : By default user called "Jenkins" has full access to do all jobs in jenkins then why again "noreply " user has come into picture and who has created and for what purpose? noreply user
