Added the framework for doing phase sweeps. More testing needed though, as there is no apparent change when a sweep starts.

Phase Sweeps do appear to be working! phase-sweep

In this image pink is the trigger line which triggers the yellow line to sweep from no phase offset to 180 degrees. The green line is held at zero phase offset. The time scale is 100ns per division, and both the signals are at 10Mhz.
