Phase Sweeps Broken #27

It seems like the frequency changes during a phase sweep -- I have no idea why.

There was a slight issue with the way phase sweep commands were set, seems to be working now, but hard to tell if phase sweeping is doing exactly what you want it to. phase-sweep
