Log files

A useful feature of DeepNeuro would be a log file with various metadata and processing steps used for individual runs of training and inference. Some ideas below:

Preamble

• Date and time of run
• Machine it was run on
• Environment data (e.g. TensorFlow version)
• DeepNeuro version information (branch/tag/hash)

Logging

• Which config file was used
• Details of data used for training/inference
• Where the resulting model(s) is/are saved
• Basic output of the steps of training/inference
