WIP: Collisions Testing #22

@yramachers I'm marking this as a draft for now as I still need to convince myself this method actually converges to an answer. I'm side-stepping the question of whether or not that answer is correct for now.

However, I would like somewhere for these things to be documented, hence I'm opening this PR.

I'm rebasing my other branches so that they don't include more general testing scripts but I have been using these to test the full simulation capability of new physics models.

Closing this. Will build a cross section testing based on new build system.
