Printed one of the thruster brackets with 100% infill PETG. Results seem good so far alhamdulillah and the part itself seems to be very sturdy so hopefully strength is not an issue. Now waiting for the thrusters and longer m6 bolts to test the multi-angle configurations.

Bought the longer m6 screws, sneak peek at what the final assembly might look like.

Successfully printed a corner bracket and embedded the steel rod inside, pictured next to it is the first failed attempt. Currently printing the second corner bracket.

Aluminum extrusions arriving soon insyaAllah, will post pictures of it being used.

Did this several days back but never got the chance to post about it. However, do note some things:

But overall, the frames seem quite hefty and rigid and can support me standing on them (~60-70kg), hopefully they don't break during testing.

Small update before going to Indonesia, the fasteners arrived a few days ago so I've been installing them on one of the wings. I've also completed printing all the corner brackets. Here you can get a glimpse of the scale of the full robot compared to a rayyan water bottle.
