Include a setup file explaining how to set up a Raspberry Pi from scratch

It all looks good. Just a couple of general comments:

  1. Would you like to move SET_UP.md to a folder called docs where we can keep all docs in the future; the screenshot can go to docs/images.
  2. Should we put a link to SET_UP.md into the main README file?

Yes was actually thinking that myself

@alphaville, @Yuanbwcx I've just made a few small changes to the How to remote access the Raspberry Pi using Visual Studio Code section, if you are happy with these we can merge
