Main Changes

Upload the relevant files for the new anemometer case with GNSS antenna stand. Upload files for laser cutting the quadcopter frame base support

I know it says 44 files changed but that's just because I changed the folder name, there's only 4 files changed and 2 new ones added. The readme is probably the best place to view the new parts
