Main Changes

:warning: This is still WIP

[ ] Move hw_test_receiver.py to the test folder
[x] RC: remove any methods that send/receive data to/from ESP32; move them to EspBridge
[ ] Populate constants.json with all constants
[x] Delete old altitude_Kalman_filter.py
[ ] Documentation is needed for all functions
[x] Probably we'll have to get rid of all (or most) caches in main.py
[x] euler_angles: move to bzzz.util
[x] process_radio_data and process_ESP_data: this functionality will be mostly moved to EspBridge
[ ] We need to figure out why we need a time.sleep statement in the main loop

Sure. Can we just tick all the boxes in our todo list?

I think it might be worth merging the working version of this then address the other issues separately?
