Reduce NFBIN #10

We've used a very high value of NFBIN (16) which would be ideally reduced to much lower numbers especially for CX band. Refer to ATCA forum (@tjgalvin will advise).

Jamie's reply is what I was referring to where he suggests a small number of nfbins would be sufficient.
