Generate source metrics #3

Additional source metrics should be generated automatically and then fed into a database. Values of interest will include: a quantified measure of source compactness in Stokes I; fractional polarization; RM at peak of the FDF. We should decide which values need to be calculated and stored, and then implement those additions to the script.

This will require capturing some output from miriad steps and adding relevant values into a database.
