Can't parse WSDL of Microsoft Translator SOAP Service

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Build staff.
2. Run staff_codegen -pwsdl -tinterface 
'http://api.microsofttranslator.com/V2/Soap.svc'

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I am getting following error message:

ERROR 18-07-2012 17:42:23.330 src/main.cpp[306] main: Exception: 
src/WsdlParser.cpp[1545] ParseService: Can't find portType: LanguageService

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

staff_codegen -v
staff_codegen version 1.99.1-r687

Ubuntu 10.04.4 LTS

Thank you for bug report.

Seems like only schema is imported from wsdl.
