axis2_http_server.exe high cpu utilization

What steps will reproduce the problem?
I add a webservice function which have add the event lock to wait the operate 
finished until timeout. I have add the timeout is 90 seconds.
The http request timeout has 60 seconds.

After 60 seconds, the http request timeout. 
After 90 seconds, the function timeout and return the function.
At the same time, i find the cpu utilization is high. I have use the Dual-core 
CPU, the cpu utilization is 50%.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
