From the existing steering wheel doc, example screens are given for the small OLED screen.
For the QEV3 steering wheel, as per QUT-Motorsport/QUTMS_SteeringWheel_2020#4 we have a touchscreen LCD screen.
As such, we need to design the interface of how the user/driver will interact with the steering wheel / convert the previous interface to the new layout.
