After #2 is completed, design and document the CANbus specification for QEV3

• [ ] Decide board ID's
• [ ] Establish each board's output message format
  • [ ] ChassisController
  • [ ] AMS
  • [ ] HV
  • [ ] Shutdown
  • [ ] SteeringWheel
  • [ ] PDM
• [ ] Write up LaTeX specification document

Note: message format should include Source, Destination/s, Contents
